This document constitutes the legal agreement between you (hereinafter, the “User”) and Copenhagen Heat Club (hereinafter, “the Company”) regarding the access and use of the website https://copenhagenheatclub.com and the contracting of the sauna and wellness services offered.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the entirety of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the entire content of this document, you must refrain from using the Site and from contracting any service.

Legal Capacity

The services are directed exclusively to persons with the legal capacity to contract. Minors may only use the facilities under the direct supervision of a legal representative and under their exclusive responsibility.

Reservation and Payment Management

Copenhagen Heat Club operates under an advance reservation system managed through our technological infrastructure.

  • Confirmation: A reservation is considered firm only after the receipt of the payment receipt issued by our secure gateway.
  • Prices: All indicated prices include applicable taxes according to current legislation, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Company maintains a strict credit management policy to ensure operational sustainability and the availability of spaces for all club members:

Refund Request No money refunds are allowed.
Session Transfer Transfer of sessions between different users or accounts is not allowed.
Advance Cancellation If you cancel on time, your session will be returned to your account, and you will be able to book another session at a future date.

Health, Safety, and Conduct Rules

The well-being of our members is our priority. By booking, the User agrees to comply with the following rules:

  • Medical Responsibility: The User declares that they do not suffer from medical conditions (cardiac, respiratory, or of any other nature) that contraindicate the use of high-temperature saunas.
  • Hygiene: The use of towels and showering prior to entering the heat zone is mandatory.
  • Right of Admission: The Company reserves the right to remove from the facilities any person who disturbs the peace of other members or violates safety rules.

Limitation of Liability

Copenhagen Heat Club shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of personal items, or incidents resulting from negligent use of the facilities by the User.

In accordance with personal data protection regulations, we inform you that the data provided during registration and booking (Name, Email, Phone) are treated confidentially.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

  1. Manage your reservations and the session history in your account.
  2. Ensure security in financial transactions.
  3. Communicate last-minute changes in service or facility maintenance.
