Heat and Beat

Guided Session
75 minutes.
A guided sauna session built in waves of heat, scent, and rhythm.
Three heat rounds are followed by cold breaks, allowing the body to reset before the next build.

 

Essential oils are poured over the stones, releasing steam that fills the space as the heat rises
and then softens again.
Upbeat, faster rhythms drive the pace of the session and shape the energy in the room.
The intensity builds with each round, creating a more dynamic experience.

 

The facilitator leads the flow while you follow at your own pace and move with the room.
Silence is held within the space, with focus kept inward as the session unfolds.
Step out when needed and return when you are ready.

Deep Session

Guided Session

A guided, slower sauna session with a more meditative tone.
Held in silence, with soft, tranquil music that supports a slower pace.
The facilitator shapes the session through subtle guidance, breathwork, and stillness.
Essential oils move through the heat, creating a deeper, more inward experience.

There is no fixed structure, and each session evolves in its own way.
You move at your own pace and stay with your breath.
A space to go deeper and reset.
